I do my best work with quiet time and room to think.
Send me something in writing and I'll come back with a considered, direct response — put me in a big group on the spot and you'll get my second-best thinking. One-on-one is where I open up, especially if we're brainstorming toward something concrete and actionable.
I like clear expectations and respected deadlines, and inside that structure I'm pretty adaptable about how the work gets done. I lean heads-down and independent, but I value collaboration when it lands somewhere useful.
Feedback, I prefer to sit with before I respond — written works best, and I'd rather have it be honest than softened. Lately I'm working on advocating for myself more directly in the rooms where it counts.
